Byron Schrag

Byron Schrag is a longtime direct selling field leader, entrepreneur, speaker, coach, and author with decades of experience training and mentoring aspiring business owners. Known for his faith-centered approach to leadership and personal growth, Byron is passionate about helping people identify and live the dreams God has placed in their hearts.

With more than four decades of entrepreneurial experience, Byron brings a practical and deeply personal perspective to business, purpose, reinvention, and success.

Earlier in life, he found himself pouring his energy into businesses that consumed his time rather than creating the freedom and fulfillment he truly wanted. That season became a turning point, leading him to reset his priorities around faith, family, purpose, time, and the life he was called to build.

Out of that journey came Byron’s message of “Reset and Win” — a simple, sustainable strategy designed to help people break through limitations, regain clarity, and move forward with greater intention. Through his coaching, speaking, and book Reset and Win, Byron encourages others to stop feeling stuck and begin building a life and business aligned with their values, vision, and God-given purpose.

Byron has traveled throughout the United States and internationally to train, mentor, and encourage business owners and leaders. Whether speaking from the stage, coaching one-on-one, or helping someone expand their vision, Byron is known for challenging people to think bigger, live with purpose, and take action toward the future they truly desire.

Together with his wife, Susan, Byron has built a life centered on faith, family, entrepreneurship, and the outdoors. When he is not speaking or coaching, he enjoys life at his Kansas ranch, spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, sports, raising show cattle and embracing the great outdoors — all things that inspire his message of living life fully.​

Byron shares:

"When I was forty years old I was about as broke as you could be. I had no time because my two businesses owned me. My relationships with my wife and kids were poor at best. I knew things needed to change…or the train wreck was coming.

I started asking myself some questions like… ‘What are my passions?’ ‘What dreams has God put in my heart?’ ‘When I die will I be full of regrets?’

​So I decided to take my mentor’s advice. It was such simple advice. He said. ‘If you figure out how to make money when you are sleeping you can do what you want when you are awake.’

​I identified my passions… God, wife, kids, outdoor sports, travel, fun… and paired a business model with those passions and built a passive cash flow.

​Once you get good at something, then you can teach others to do the same. If you are frustrated with where you are in life and you feel like you are wrapped up in chains, then it is time to break those chains.”
