Coach Brian Fryer is an author, social media expert, speaker, and business coach who helps network marketing professionals build more effectively online without relying on hype, spam, or outdated recruiting tactics.

Raised in Southern California, Brian’s journey began with a lifelong dream of playing professional baseball. After earning a scholarship to New Mexico Highlands University, he became the #1 hitter in the nation for NCAA Division II baseball and was drafted by the San Diego Padres in 2004. He went on to play eight years professionally in the minor leagues, where the discipline, resilience, and consistency required in sports helped shape the coach and mentor he would later become.

During his baseball career, Brian was introduced to entrepreneurship and the network marketing profession. Like many people, his early years were filled with trial and error. He and his wife, Dani, spent several years trying to build a business online without turning a profit, while also realizing that traditional approaches were straining relationships with friends and family.

Determined to find a better way, Brian began studying online business, social media, and digital marketing. He became committed to translating offline relationship-building principles into simple, duplicatable online strategies that everyday people could use without needing a massive following or expensive advertising.

Today, known widely as Coach Fryer, Brian has built a multiple seven-figure home-based business while raising four children with Dani. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs simplify the process of finding customers, creating authentic conversations, and building a business from home with confidence, consistency, and integrity.
