Transformational Speaker & Bold Faith Leader Building a 9-Figure Global Movement

Julia Thornhill is a globally recognized entrepreneur, transformational speaker, published author, Army veteran, and leadership strategist known for building high performance cultures, scalable systems, and mission driven communities around the world.

But the story didn't start on a stage. It started in survival.

Julia grew up in poverty, raised on government assistance, knowing what it meant to go without. At 16, she was navigating high school completely on her own, with no safety net and no roadmap, carrying nothing but grit and the quiet conviction that her life was meant for more. At 17, she enlisted in the U.S. Army, seeking opportunity and a path toward college.

She would go on to earn her Bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing, and a few years later found herself deployed to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom, an experience that would forever shape the leader, entrepreneur, wife, and mother she would become.

When Julia entered the network marketing industry, she and her husband Brandon were $40,000 in debt with no social media presence and no existing platform to lean on. What followed is a story of pure grit, faith, and relentless execution.

Over the last decade, Julia has helped build and lead one of the most recognized organizations in the profession, spanning more than 20 countries across 5 continents with a team of several hundred thousand people, generating nine figures in organizational sales volume while mentoring entrepreneurs in leadership, automation, culture, and personal growth.*

Her mission became deeply personal after years of watching her husband serve as a Navy SEAL, often gone for months at a time. Through entrepreneurship, Julia and her family were able to bring him home years early from military service and build a life centered around faith, family, and impact with their two daughters. The little girl who grew up with nothing had built something most people only dream of.

Today, Julia and Brandon train sales teams around the world together using their Elite Leadership Blueprint, a proven methodology that shows leaders how to scale their systems, recruiting, and sales teams with precision and purpose.

Julia is also known for her signature community model, bringing leaders into an environment where they feel deeply connected to their own gifts while becoming an integral part of a larger mission. It is one of the defining reasons her culture stands apart in the industry.

Known for her bold faith, visionary leadership, and unapologetic authenticity, Julia teaches leaders how to build businesses and lives aligned with purpose, stewardship, freedom, and legacy. She lives by the belief that if you stand for nothing, you will fall for anything, and that conviction is woven into everything she builds and every stage she stands on.

As a co-author of a published book and a sought after transformational speaker, Julia has taken her message to international stages in countries including the Philippines and Germany, and has shared the stage with John Maxwell. Her commitment to personal development includes mentorship within programs influenced by Bob Proctor. She has also traveled to 47 countries, 11 of them alongside her children, bringing a global perspective to everything she teaches about leadership, legacy, and life.

Julia has been featured repeatedly onleading entrepreneurship and network marketing platforms including MLM Nation, and has made multiple appearances on the podcasts of Rob Sperry and Eric Worre.

Today she is increasingly recognized for her perspective on faith driven entrepreneurship, AI and automation, leadership culture, and the future of community in business.

Beyond business, Julia and her community have helped raise nearly $1 million supporting humanitarian initiatives focused on combating human trafficking and feeding families around the world.

She currently resides in Salt LakeCity with her husband Brandon and their two daughters.
